From No Light, No Internet to 1K Subscribers: My Journey as the First Engineer in the Family
How a kid from Solapur went from studying in darkness to building real-life tech projects, solving 250+ DSA problems, and running a YouTube channel with 100+ videos.
I grew up in Solapur in a family where no one had ever touched a computer before — and today, I'm the **first computer engineer** in my entire family. But trust me, nothing about this journey was easy.
🌑 The Dark Room Days There was a time I didn’t even have proper light at home. Power cuts were normal. Internet was a luxury. And yet, I dreamt about building apps, editing videos, and becoming someone who creates real things on the internet.
My parents couldn’t give me everything immediately, but they gave me **belief**. They *made sure* I got the tools I need — slowly, step by step.
And today, I have everything I once wished for. All because of them.
🎥 100+ Videos, 1K Subscribers — Built From Zero I started YouTube with nothing — no gear, no environment, no setup.
Just a phone. A dream. And a willingness to record, learn, and create.
Fast-forward to today:
1,000+ subscribers
100+ videos (coding + vlogs)
A small community that actually listens
Not bad for someone who once edited videos during power cuts.
💻 Not Just a “DSA Guy” In college, people called me the **DSA person**.
But the truth?
I'm more focused on building **real-world projects**:
- AI Harmful Content Detector - MERN full-stack dashboards - FastAPI/Flask ML systems - Portfolio websites - Admin dashboards - Real AI tools
Still, I didn’t ignore DSA — I solved:
- 150+ LeetCode - 100+ CodeChef - SQL, C++, Python, everything
But I’ve always believed one thing:
> “DSA makes you strong, > Projects make you valuable.”
🚀 Turning Struggles Into Strength Today I create content, build apps, run events, learn AI, and vlog my journey.
And every time I hit record, I remember the days when I had nothing — and how far I’ve come.
If a kid from Solapur who once studied in candlelight can build apps, train models, and run a YouTube channel…
So can you.
This journey isn’t just mine. It belongs to everyone who starts from 0 and decides not to stop.
